2015年12月15日 · Could anyone please confirm what the torque setting should be for an injector clamp bolt on my 2012 1.6tdi please? I've read 2 different things, 7nm + 180 degrees & 8nm + 270 degrees. I've googled it but can't find a definitive answer.

2011年1月6日 · You might be able to turn the broken bolt with a small screwdriver as it shouldn't be bottomed out and should be reasonably loose. If for some reason the bolt is tight drill a little hole in the centre and tap in a torx bit. (Not sure what you guys call them) These are what I'm talking about. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torx

2023年10月3日 · I've got a 2015 V6 TDI. It appears that the threads on the bolt hole for my injector hold-down bolt on #4 are stripped as I can't get a new bolt to bite. Once I looked twice at the old bolt, it looks like the threads from the bolt-hole came out wrapped around the threads of the old bolt that I removed.
