And with location services on there is unconsenually another location in my app and it is defaulted and not removable. I do not need or want “my location” in my app.

I got a pop up asking if I wanted to let the app use my location even when I wasn’t using it and since the “while using” setting didn’t work I said yes and did another reset. STILL Cupertino.

If you mean the latter, press and hold on the Lock Screen to activate the editing function. Tap on the widget location. Select the Clock>City 1 clock option.

In the Weather app tap on the “Hamburger” menu in the lower right corner and add or remove any cities that you choose. I have 5 cities plus Current Location, and none of them are Cupertino.
