2013年5月13日 · I just used Mapei guard crack isolation sheet membrane. Paid $120 for a 225 sq ft roll and $15 for a gallon of primer. Worked good. Only complaint was the felt top covering on the sheets tears apart a little when spreading your thinset. Probably just because I used a brand new trawel with sharp teeth. I'd but it again if money was an issue.

2009年6月9日 · 1/ use a membrane to protect the tile, seems like most have similar R-value and the crack isolation performance of each seems a little subjective b/c the good ones all pass the same Robinson test. See link for info about R-value of various tile underlayments.
