Fifty-seven patients had arthroscopic Mumford procedures for acromioclavicular (AC) pain unresponsive to conservative treatment. Thirty-nine of these patients had concomitant rotator cuff repairs.
Radiographs and a computed tomography scan showed an undisplaced fracture through the medial third of the clavicle extending inferiorly to the rhomboid fossa in the inferior aspect of the clavicle.
