PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES: -If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house. -This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions. -NO Random invites without prior permission. -NO Throwing party or Parties. -NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave. -No hanging out outside the front door -Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me. -NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission.
