The Old Toll House is a charming, detached cottage resting in Teignmouth, Devon sleeping four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and coffee marker, as well as dining seating. The sitting room hosts an electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with river views and furniture and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Outside, parking can be found on the roadside of nearby streets or at a public car park. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.5 miles there is a pub and within 0.7 miles there is a beach. There is no parking at the property but parking within walking distance. The staircase is steep so please be careful.
