Checked their Facebook page and their website, no mention of such closure apart from the Reptile House. Best to call them before going - general line at +603-4108 3422/4/7/8

You can Grab everywhere in Malaysia. Kids tickets are about RM14 and adults RM40 (Malaysian with ID)
