My partner is afraid of heights. Looking at a cruise excursion that includes a cliff-top hike. Is the trail right along the cliff edge? Is it scary? He will be okay if he does not have to get too close to the edge. Sounds like a beautiful hike.

Are you sure this is the hike included in your excursion? That would seem super odd to me - this is a teeny tiny little “off the beaten path” hike that goes past the lighthouse onto what is most likely private land, over some fences and through some pastures. I don’t get the sense at all that many people find or take this hike, much less organized cruise excursions. That being said, the hike itself isn’t super scary or right along the cliff edge unless you walk close to it for the view.
