Is this place open in the month of May? Is there any timings to enter/exit the fort?

It'll be open through the year. 9-6 is the timings. I would suggest to go in the evening as the climate is extremely hot during April-May and it's a huge open area, one may get sunstroke …

Can people who can't walk much visit this place? Is there a viewpoint from which they can get a good view from where the vehicle reaches? Or this can't be accessed without walking a bit?

You have to walk a bit to enter the fort and get to a vantage point. Which again involves steps and uneven terrain.
