We didn't go to Ebisu circuit because it was too far from the rest of our journey and we ran out of time. I'm sure it is fine. People still live there, don't they! You would just be visiting for a short time. My son would have preferred Ebisu circuit as his priority to see car Drifting but unfortunately it didn't fit in with our plans. NExt time hopefully.
