We are the COLTS! Copper Mountain Middle School is a beautiful 26-acre school in Herriman, Utah. Our school is located on Anthem Park Blvd with the beautiful Oquirrh Mountains in the background. The enrollment of the school is around 1250 and growing every day. Not only is Copper Mountain beautiful; it is also energy efficient and safe. CMMS is focused on high standards and providing the best education for our students. We believe the purpose of grading is to communicate with students and parents about the achievement and mastery of specific learning goals. Copper Mountain Middle uses Standards-Based Grading to ensure each student reaches mastery.
