It was a poignant reminder of what the veterans went through to serve the war. We had to time it right and visit just before dusk as it was crawling with coach loads of visitors. Kerry K的完整评论

We are visiting here tomorrow. Wondering if the monument is an easy walk from the car park for my mother in law? She'd really like to join us, as my husband (her son) is a former Royal Marine, but she has difficulty walking on steep terrain.
答:
It' slightly uphill from the car park, but if she takes it slowly and has help she should be ok. Failing that, the monument is fully visible from the car park.
